Any liability for defects is excluded. The buyer is expressly advised that he must comply with the provisions of the MPG and the Medical Device Operating Ordinance (MPBV) during commissioning and, if required, a corresponding safety inspection (STK) of the device must be carried out. The purchaser himself is responsible for compliance.
