Delivery with invoice

Due to the Medical Devices Act (MPG) and the EU directives, the described article is sold as used or spare part dispenser without any guarantees or warranties, even if there is no malfunction. Any liability for defects is excluded. It is expressly pointed out to the buyer that he has to comply with the regulations of the MPG and the Medical Device Operating Ordinance (MPBV) when commissioning the device and, if prescribed, has to have a corresponding safety inspection (STK) of the device carried out. The buyer himself is responsible for compliance.
