Any liability after delivery of defects is excluded.
The buyer is expressly pointed out that he has to comply with the provisions of the MPG / MDR and the Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBV) during commissioning and, if prescribed, a corresponding safety inspection (STK) of the device must be carried out. The purchaser himself is responsible for compliance.
