Any liability for defects is excluded. The buyer is expressly informed that he must comply with the regulations of the MPG and the Medical Devices Operating Ordinance (MPBV) when commissioning the device and, where prescribed, must have an appropriate safety inspection (STK) of the device carried out. The purchaser is responsible for compliance.
